If your business targets young women and girls, I recommend this site.
O-DAN - Free photo assets and free photo search
This one is easier than Unsplash or GIRLY DROP.
This site doesn't provide the assets itself; it pulls images via Japanese-language search from asset sites that are free and allow commercial use. Look at the search results and find what you like.
Cute free illustration collection Irasutoya
Recommended for situations where you want to use illustrations rather than photo assets.
Silhouette Design
These are also illustrations, but they seem good for adding accents.
Other: Adobe Stock (paid)
As you'd expect from Adobe, the quality and size of the library are impressive.
However, it's paid, starting at 3,480 yen/month (10 assets), so it's a fairly significant cost.
Licensing is also defined in detail in License information and terms of use | Adobe Stock.
For many people it probably won't become a priority option for personal use, but I think it's useful in cases such as running a site jointly with a large company.
It goes without saying, but... they can be used on YouTube too
If your company is working on YouTube, the asset sites introduced here can also be used on YouTube and in presentation materials.
Since I wrote "web design" in the article title, it's easy to think only of that...
